2. Event Registration and Tickets

Registration for TechCon events is subject to availability. All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled by TechCon. Ticket transfers may be permitted with prior written approval from TechCon organizers.

• Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation
• Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced
• Ticket holders must present valid identification at the event
• TechCon reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual

3. Speaker and Sponsor Applications

Applications to speak at or sponsor TechCon are subject to review and approval by our organizing committee. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

• All application materials become property of TechCon
• Speakers must provide original content and respect intellectual property rights
• Sponsors must comply with our brand guidelines and event policies

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the TechCon website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TechCon or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Code of Conduct

TechCon is committed to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.

• Be respectful and professional in all interactions
• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Respect photography and recording policies
• Follow venue rules and local laws

6. Photography and Recording

By attending TechCon, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such materials, please notify event staff.

7. Limitation of Liability

TechCon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or attendance at our events.

8. Changes to Terms

TechCon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
